|Description||Teacher training sessions were run in silver oaks by Dr. Ali Rizwan. A customized package was made according to the needs and requirements of the silver oaks clientage.The trainings were given upon the various topics like Emotional Intelligence, Motivation, Stress management, Leadership and Class management.The mentoring session was also conducted by the same senior trainer. With whom the staff discussed their issues and the suggestions were assigned to them as per to the vast experience of the trainer.It was a highly conducive time period for the parties which resulted in a good organizational mutual working, silver oaks and knowledge kottage will look forward to more such sessions and mutual projects. To work in a collaboration and bring a great change in the educations sector.|

|Description||Teacher training sessions upon EQ was run in Sapient Hall by Dr. Ali Rizwan where the awareness was given of how to understand your and others emotions. How to control your feelings and emotions. How to be emotionally intelligent. The session went very helpful for the teachers and coordinators, whose main role is to discipline the school being emotionally intelligent.|
|Service||Personality development training|
|Description||Personality development trainings were held at Noor college in October 2011. Module 1 was taught by Dr. Ali and Sara Khan. The module 1 had contained topics like: attitude, communication skills, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. The guest lecture was held by Sir Samson Simon, rector of Saint Marry college.
It was a very successful project, and the second module is about to run in the coming months.
